During swap to mk1 platform stock hydraulic tensioner 06B109477A and pulley 06B109243 has to be changed on old type 16v one. For proper and safe timing belt operation, a tensioner washer is necessary. For this reason, 24rs designed and manufactured the appropriate one, guaranteeing proper roller support at the same time.
