It is impossible to effectively drive a car that does not respond to the driver.

If this cannot be done, it is also impossible to win. To achieve this, as usual, you need to look at the car as a whole system, but also examine all its structural details.

Typically, four-wheeled cars have two wheels capable of turning, i.e., choosing the direction of travel. There is much room for improvement in the area of steering wheels, but it will never be a complete solution because the direction of the remaining wheels is also crucial. For the car to go where we want, the remaining, undirected wheels cannot interfere with this. Since every material is susceptible to deformation to some extent, the movement of the rear wheels is completely real. Therefore, various solutions are available to improve the stability of the rear suspension. The most popular are polyurethane bushings replacing the factory ones, but from the perspective of 24rs, this is not a good enough solution.

One of our goals is to design parts that are lighter than the factory ones, and with these assumptions in mind, the project was started. Polyurethane was not suitable for use. It would simply increase the weight of the factory parts due to its density.

24rs rear beam mounts are made of 7075 aluminum used in motorsport and use reliable Fluro Motorsport bearings. Their strength combined with compact dimensions allowed for minimizing the product’s dimensions. The complete set of 24rs aluminum rear beam mounts weighs 442 grams less than the factory parts!

Brackets are used instead of stock OE parts: N0221414, 171501542, 171501543, 161501537, 171501537B, 171501548, N0401573, 211415939, N10209005, N90087602.
