Motorsport has shown us that factory steering components are often not enough to win. The increasing demands placed on our cars, especially as power output rises, can quickly overwhelm factory components.

Proper vehicle handling is extremely important. Any change in the suspension – be it ride height adjustment or wheel changes – affects the steering system’s parameters. Bump steer correction is crucial, especially after swapping the spindles from a Golf mk2/3 to a Golf mk1, where the steering tie rod mounting point is in a completely different location, making correct handling impossible.
